WG meeting in Bilbao (Spain) for WG5 and WG6

WG meeting in Spain (hosted by the University of University of Deusto, Bilbao). 2 days. 10 people to be reimbursed by COST. It will happen (tentatively, subject to agreement/discussion) in September. Intended WGs: WG5 and WG6. This will be all about dissemination, industry engagement and outreach plans for GP3.
