WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Work groups 6 and 5 are having discussions to launch a mentoring programme for the upcoming grant year. As part of this you have been sent several questionnaires.

AIM

The aim of this programme is to guide early career researchers in terms of DEM and their career.

During the first year of the programme we are intending to focus on academic style mentoring while having the goal of involving industry by the last year of the project.

We are aiming to have a physical kick-off event (Spring 2025), followed by online mentoring sessions in cases of matches that are not from the same cities.
