Add data to the file format structure to take into account various models
Make a list of open-source visualization tools
Once the file structure is populated, the list of names for variables and quantities will be obtained

Brief Summary

A decision needs to be made on naming conventions for variables and quantities
It needs to be decided (on action level) whether to use UK or US English
Inheritance should be used to avoid redundancies and renaming
The rules and information in the protocol does not need to be known by a given software user, but rather by the software developer that implements the file format
To contribute, one should:
- register an account on gricad-gitlab, then email bruno.chareyreA3sr-grenoble.fr for an invitation to the gitlab project
- add information to the files themselves (model, interactions etc.) as long as the rules are respected
@Bruno Chareyre has volunteered to add a few models himself
